Tim is responsible for construction operations and project management of
complex projects, specializing in the formulation of project parameters
with owners, system selection, Value Engineering, quality control and
design coordination.
He has been working in the field since 1980, and has a long list of
successful projects to his credit, ranging from complex light industrial
facilities and institutional structures.
Tim enjoys spending time with family and attending his three childrens'
weekend soccer matches. As well as enjoying skiing, travel and reading,
Tim is an avid jogger, up at 5am every morning to run the Richmond dikes.
