We are green and proud. The following staff are our LEED Accredited Professionals:

Kevin Hanvey, MAIBC, LEED AP

Principal

Kevin takes his passion for sustainability seriously. He’s an enthusiastic organic gardener, an avid recycler and enjoys hanging laundry on his outdoor clothesline.

Tim Loo, P.Eng., LEED AP

Principal

To make our future a bit brighter,
Tim uses compact fluorescent bulbs
in all areas of his home.

Doug Vincent, P.Eng., LEED AP

Principal

Doug is committed to being green.
He visits his compost nearly every
day and has minimized his family's garbage use to one small bag per week.

Eric Norman, MAIBC, LEED AP

Principal

No matter where Eric lives in the world, he is sure to grow his own tomatoes. And his love for green tea is symbolic of his green tendencies.

Alex Riftin, P.Eng., LEED AP

Principal

Alex is green and keen. He always makes his own lunches to avoid the use of takeout containers and avidly promotes recycling in his condominium complex.

Rod Yeoh, P.Eng., LEED AP

Associate

Rod is a green machine. He is aiming to convert his fellow strata council members to go green by replacing all lighting in common areas to energy efficient fixtures.

Michael Thayer, MAIBC, LEED AP

Architect

To minimize his footprint on our green earth, Mike does not own a vehicle and is an impassioned recycler.

Geoff McDonell, P.Eng., LEED AP

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Geoff loves his planet. Not only does he use cloth grocery bags when he shops, he also subscribes to electronic trade magazines to minimize paper consumption.

Michelle Lee, IA·AIBC, LEED AP

Intern Architect

Michelle wants her world to flourish. Living in the downtown core, Michelle emits no carbon monoxide by walking to work everyday.

Mike Reimer, B.Eng., LEED AP

Mechanical EIT

Mike is an amiable sustainable guy. He recycles with a smile, enjoys
riding the bus to and from work and puts on a cozy sweater at home instead of cranking up the heat.

Aiman Arar, P.Eng., LEED AP

Project Manager

Aiman sees a greener future for this lovely planet. He rides to and from work on public transit and loves to sit and chat about green building technology.

Judy Liu, IA·AIBC, LEED AP

Intern Architect

Judy is eager to fight waste. She always shops for quality over quantity and avoids purchasing excessive items. You can find her at your local coffee shop lugging her travel mug.

Carla Smith, B.Arch., LEED AP

Architectural Graduate

Carla "walks" the green talk. She makes sure to walk or bus to work. However, when running an errand, Carla zooms around in an Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle that gets 35 mpg.

Kelly Sawatzky, B.A., LEED AP

Specifications Writer

Actively living the sustainable mantra, Kelly makes a conscious decision to buy chemical free shampoo and cleaning products. She also habitually uses cloth bags when shopping.

Denise Tade, LEED AP

Graphic Designer

Denise is nuts about sustainability.
Not only does she conserve electricity whenever possible, she also makes environmental choices when choosing paper for print material.
